Sloan crashes a weapons deal organized by none other then his sworn enemy, the mayor of Paradise, Sid Ahwem! After he effortlessly takes control of the situation, Gordon Hansell, an elite member of the PSTF (Paradise Special Task Force) arrives on the scene and reveals he has undergone the same experiment that forever changed Sloan into a meta-human!
